SAVR Terms & Conditions

By using the SAVR website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ordering & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to a minimum order value of Rs 1,000.

  • An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, seasonal shortages, or delivery area restrictions.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices for fresh produce are subject to daily market fluctuations at the Karachi Sabzi Mandi. The price at the time of your order is the final price.

  • Delivery Fees: A flat fee of Rs 99 applies to orders between Rs 1,000 and Rs 1,499. Delivery is Free for orders of Rs 1,500 or more.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered the following day.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available (or ensuring someone is available) to receive the order.

  • If a delivery fails because no one was available at the address, a re-delivery fee may apply.

4. Returns & Quality Guarantee

  • Since we deal in perishable food items, we do not accept returns once the delivery has been accepted.

  • Inspection at Doorstep: We strongly encourage customers to inspect the quality of the fruits and vegetables at the time of delivery.

  • If any item is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery, please notify the rider immediately. We will either replace the item or provide a credit for your next order.

5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order at no cost if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery window.

  • Once the order has left for delivery, cancellations are not permitted.

6. Limitation of Liability

SAVR is not responsible for any health issues resulting from the consumption of products if they were not stored properly after delivery. We guarantee freshness at the point of delivery only.

7. Changes to Terms

SAVR reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
