SAVR Return & Refund Policy

At SAVR, we take pride in hand-picking the freshest fruits and vegetables for you every single morning. Because we deal with perishable food items, our return policy is designed to ensure both quality and safety.

1. Inspection at Delivery (Mandatory)

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we strongly encourage all customers to inspect their produce at the time of delivery while the rider is present.

  • If any item does not meet our freshness standards or is damaged, please inform the rider immediately.

  • You can return the specific item to the rider on the spot, and we will adjust your bill accordingly.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Once a delivery has been accepted and the rider has left the premises, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. This is to maintain food safety and hygiene standards for all our customers.

3. Missing or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that an item is missing from your order or we have delivered the wrong product:

  • Please contact us via WhatsApp or Call within 2 hours of receiving your delivery.

  • We will either deliver the correct item as soon as possible or provide a credit for your next order.

4. Quality Concerns

If you discover a quality issue after the rider has left (e.g., an internal issue with a fruit that wasn't visible from the outside), please:

  1. Take a clear photograph of the item.

  2. Send it to our WhatsApp support within 4 hours of delivery.

  3. Our team will review the claim and, if valid, offer a replacement or a discount on your next purchase.

5. Refunds

  • Cash on Delivery: If an item is returned at the doorstep, the total amount will be deducted from your bill immediately.

  • Online Payments: If you have already paid online, any approved refund will be issued as a store credit (coupon) for your next SAVR order.
